MARKETING TECHNOLOGY MANAGER

We are looking for a Marketing technology manager who is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for their organization. This person commonly works with a team of marketers, designers, copywriters, etc., to create compelling content that resonates with their target audience.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
● Manage and maintain our tag management system (e.g., Google Tag Manager) to track user behavior and collect valuable insights.
● Implement and optimize tracking pixels and other tracking codes to measure marketing campaign performance.
● Design, implement, and monitor marketing funnels to track user journeys and identify conversion opportunities.
● Utilize webhooks and APIs to integrate marketing funnels with other systems and ensure data accuracy.
● Manage and optimize our CRM system to streamline customer relationship management processes.
● Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the CRM.
● Leverage automation tools like Zapier to automate routine tasks and improve efficiency.
● Integrate marketing technology tools to create seamless data flows and enhance reporting capabilities.
● Analyze marketing data to identify trends, measure performance, and inform strategic decisions.
● Create insightful reports and dashboards to communicate key findings to stakeholders.
● Strong understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
● Knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and server-side scripting.
● Proficiency in using marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
● Experience with spreadsheet software (e.g., Google Sheets, Excel) and invoicing tools.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
● Bachelor's degree in marketing, computer science, or a related field.
● 3+ years of experience in marketing technology or a similar role.
● Proven track record of implementing and managing marketing technology stacks.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
