Marketing Analyst / Strategist

We are currently looking for a data-driven, creative, and strategic Marketing Analyst/Strategist to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for analyzing marketing performance, identifying growth opportunities, and helping shape strategic decisions across digital, content, and paid channels. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and sales teams to drive measurable results.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze campaign performance across organic, and email channels.
- Develop monthly marketing reports with actionable insights and KPI tracking.
- Support marketing strategy development with competitive research, funnel analysis, and customer segmentation.
- Recommend optimizations for campaigns, messaging, landing pages
- Use tools like GA4, HubSpot, Hotjar and Google Ads to track performance and attribution.
- Build dashboards in Google Looker Studio or any platforms.
- Assist with A/B testing and experimentation roadmaps.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to develop data-backed content and creative strategies.
- Write clear, on-brand copy for social posts and email marketing campaigns, highlighting programs, marketplace updates, and logistics solutions
REQUIREMENTS
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing analytics, preferably in a B2B, logistics, or eCommerce environment
- Strong proficiency with Google Analytics, HubSpot and other marketing tools
- Experience building dashboards and using data visualization tools
- Ability to distill complex data into actionable business insights
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency required)
- Basic knowledge of email marketing and SEO for performance tracking
- Familiarity with web design and content optimization
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
