TECHNICAL PRODUCT MANAGER

Teamswell is a high-growth nearshore outsourcing company working for US companies. Our mission is to help small and medium-sized US businesses grow and become more profitable by having access to highly engaged, skilled, and experienced talent at a fair price, and to generate career opportunities for bilingual professionals in Latin America with fair compensation and professional and personal growth opportunities.

We are currently looking for a strategic and highly technical TPM who can convert business opportunities into scalable software solutions. You’ll be responsible for building and managing product portfolios, defining product roadmaps, conducting customer discovery, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ship exceptional products. This role is perfect for someone who has worked at high-growth startups, can lead with empathy and logic, and isn’t afraid to get technical when needed.

In Teamswell, every team member has an instrumental role and impact on the success of our business and our clients’ success, so we seek to have highly motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced work environment, who are intelligent, eager to work hard, reliable, and able to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization. Our Technical Product Manager will possess the skills and experience required, as well as a positive attitude and ability to solve complex problems and work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment. We value people who are good communicators, quick learners, scrappy about finding creative solutions to problems, and conscious of their work quality. We expect all our team members to deliver excellence in both technical expertise as well as in their everyday relationships with their team.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Customer Discovery & Product Strategy

    • Conduct in-depth interviews with customers and stakeholders using open-ended, exploratory questions.

    • Analyze customer pain points and translate them into actionable product opportunities.

    • Collaborate with leadership to develop product vision and go-to-market strategies.

  • Product Development & Roadmapping

    • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle—from ideation through launch and iteration.

    • Create clear, actionable product roadmaps aligned with company goals and client expectations.

    • Define functional modules, document user stories, and guide sprint planning.

  • AI-Powered Product Documentation

    • Leverage AI tools to create high-level product narratives, functional specs, and process flows.

    • Translate complex technical concepts into simple, understandable artifacts for engineers and executives.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Work closely with engineering, design, QA, and executive teams to deliver solutions on time and budget.

    • Serve as the product voice in client meetings, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical execution.

  • Portfolio & Performance Ownership

    • Manage a portfolio of client products across verticals.

    • Track KPIs, adoption metrics, and user feedback to inform iterative improvements.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • 4+ years of experience in technical product management, preferably in fast-paced or startup environments.

  • Deep understanding of custom software development and product-market fit dynamics.

  • Exceptional communication and interviewing skills—able to listen deeply and distill insights.

  • Experience building B2B SaaS, platform tools, or AI-enabled products.

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

  • Comfortable interfacing with engineers, designers, and C-level executives.

  • Familiarity with modern development stacks (bonus: ASP.NET Core, Azure, AI/ML frameworks).

  • Experience working across industries like healthcare, cybersecurity, or manufacturing is a plus.

PREFERRED TRAITS

  • Curious, humble, and a great listener.

  • Outcome-driven with a bias for action.

  • Excited about AI and how it can be used to accelerate product workflows.

  • Able to work independently in an asynchronous, remote environment.
