VIRTUAL ASSISTANT (ADMIN & MARKETING SUPPORT)

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant (Admin & Marketing Support). This role requires a dynamic individual who can provide administrative support while contributing to marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Administrative Support:
- Manage and organize emails, calendars, and schedules
- Create and maintain spreadsheets, documents, and reports using Microsoft Office
- Assist with data entry, document formatting, and general organization
- Maintain and update records in Zoho CRM
- Help with other day-to-day admin tasks as needed
Marketing Support:
- Post and schedule content on various platforms (social media, CRM campaigns, etc.)
- Assist with lead handling, follow-ups, and basic lead nurturing through Zoho CRM
- Help prepare and send email marketing campaigns
- Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics
- Research and compile marketing-related information as needed
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant or in an administrative/marketing support role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficient with Zoho CRM and Microsoft Office
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
- Bonus: Experience with social media or email marketing platforms
- Zoho CRM (for lead management, marketing, and email campaigns)
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) – integrated with Zoho
- Social media and/or email tools
