We are currently looking for a dynamic and motivated Membership Sales Representative to grow the Executive Exchange program with a defined industry vertical. This role involves strategic outreach to prospective executive members, managing a book of business, building and maintaining relationships with strategic partners and resellers, and providing exceptional service to ensure member success and retention. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven professional or a recent graduate eager to launch a sales and relationship management career.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
· Grow membership by identifying, engaging, and closing new executive prospects within defined industry verticals.
· Plan and support Executive Exchange membership events.
· Provide high-touch service and strategic support to existing members, including:
- Leading onboarding and intake sessions
- Conducting periodic check-ins
- Driving at least 80% renewal rate among members
· Maintain accurate records and communications in HubSpot CRM.
· Support additional projects and duties as needed.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
· Demonstrated sales aptitude and a strong drive to meet and exceed goals
· Professional demeanor and confidence in engaging with C-suite executives
· Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
· Quick learner with strong organizational and analytical skills
· Personable, proactive, and a team player
· Ability to travel occasionally as required
