,MARKETING CONTENT COORDINATOR

We are currently looking for a Marketing Content Coordinator responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing marketing content across multiple platforms to engage audiences and support business objectives. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller with strong writing skills, attention to detail, and experience in digital marketing. The ideal candidate must be also be extremely reliable, proactive, and able to execute flawlessly in a fast-paced environment.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the end-to-end process of submitting, tracking, and securing approvals for all video and written content.
- Ensure absolute accuracy in compliance documentation, disclosures, and submission records.
- Manage tight deadlines and work cross-functionally with compliance, marketing, and content teams.
- Oversee social media, email campaigns, and website updates with a structured, detail-oriented approach.
- Maintain meticulous records of all submitted and approved materials for compliance tracking.
- Optimize content for SEO, ensuring increased visibility and engagement.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to enhance content strategy.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in content creation, marketing, or communications.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English.
- Experience in marketing, compliance coordination, or content management in finance, asset management, or investment research.
- Flawless attention to detail with the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies.
- Familiarity with YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, and email marketing platforms.
- Strong written communication skills and ability to work closely with compliance teams.
- Understanding of financial industry regulations (SEC compliance a plus).
