SALES REPRESENTATIVE

We are currently looking for an experienced Sales Representative to drive growth through new business development and client relationship management. The ideal candidate has proven sales experience, thrives on building strong client relationships, closing deals, and identifying opportunities for long-term growth. The Sales Representative will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting and outreach to closing and account management, while also collaborating with leadership and marketing teams to refine sales strategies and processes.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Conduct cold outreach to company-provided lead lists and proactively source new business opportunities.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified prospects.
  • Prepare tailored sales proposals and presentations for potential clients.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle, including consistent follow-up and closing.
  • Act as account manager for new clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the owner and marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Document, standardize, and improve sales processes and policies for efficiency and scalability.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, forecasts, and pipeline activity.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine approach continuously.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

 

  • 3–5 years of proven sales experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in account management and client relationship building.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and digital sales tools.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.

·       Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
