,TECHNICAL LEAD
Teamswell is a high-growth nearshore outsourcing company working for US companies. We are currently looking for a Technical Lead to manage the technology ecosystem. This person will be responsible for monitoring and enhancing the architecture, automation workflows, and technical integrations that power our operations. You don’t need to be a senior engineer. Still, you must have a strong understanding of how different tools and systems connect and be resourceful enough to troubleshoot and build solutions with minimal handholding.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own and maintain the technical systems and workflows currently managed by the executive team
- Manage and optimize integrations between platforms like Zapier, Airtable, Pipedrive, Cognito Forms, and others
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve existing automation workflows
- Collaborate with non-technical stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Document architecture, workflows, and processes to ensure knowledge transfer and scalability
- Evaluate new tools and technologies that could improve business operations
- Ensure systems are robust, secure, and scalable
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with Zapier or similar workflow automation platforms (e.g., Make/Integromat, Tray.io)
- Familiarity with JavaScript (ability to read, tweak, and write basic scripts when needed)
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of how tools like Airtable, Pipedrive, Cognito Forms, and other SaaS platforms fit into a broader tech stack
- Comfort working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of system architecture and data flow between platforms
DESIRED
- Experience with APIs and webhook-based integrations
- Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms
- Project management or technical documentation skills
