We are looking for a responsible Paralegal who is highly organized and detail-oriented. The ideal candidate will have experience handling corporate and transactional matters and be able to work closely with attorneys to manage a diverse portfolio of clients, primarily small business owners.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Utilize Clio for case management, document organization, time tracking, and billing.

Draft and proofread documents, correspondence, and forms, namely business formation and intellectual property filings.

Maintain organized client files (digital) ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.

Serve as a point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and maintaining clear communication.

Conduct basic research as needed to support attorneys.
-
Handle general administrative tasks.

Assist with legal projects and coordinate with internal teams to meet deadlines.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
-
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Paralegal or Administrative Assistant in a legal setting.

Experience using Clio or similar legal practice management software would be a plus.

Associate’s degree or Paralegal certification is preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures.
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
