LOGISTICS EXECUTIVE

We are currently looking for a Logistics Executive to handle domestic and international logistics as required. Who will be responsible for managing domestic and international shipments, ensuring compliance with U.S. trade and customs regulations, and maintaining smooth logistics and supply chain operations between the U.S. and global partners.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Handle international logistics and end-to-end supply chain

·       Communicate with Truckers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, custom agents & negotiate best charges on desired service level.

·       Track global shipments for timely delivery.

·       Ensure compliance with U.S. import/export laws & documentation

·       Maintain accurate shipping and logistics records

·       Coordinate with sales, procurement & warehouse teams as required

·       Identify ways to improve shipping efficiency & reduce the costs

·       Resolve delivery delays or logistics issues in real-time

 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

·       Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field

·       Min. 3–5 years of experience in international logistics or supply chain management

·       Strong knowledge of U.S. trade regulations, customs clearance, and international freight practices

·       Excellent communication and negotiation skills (spoken and written English)

·       Hands-on experience working with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers

·       Ability to analyze logistics issues and solve them efficiently under pressure

·       Strong attention to detail and time management

 

POSITION SCHEDULE DETAILS

  • Full-time remote position

  • Monday - Friday (40 hours/week)
