SALES AND PURCHASE OPERATIONS REPRESENTATIVE

We are looking for a highly motivated professional who can actively support us with sales and purchase operations. While administrative and marketing support are valued, this role is primarily focused on commercial functions — including CRM management, order processing, supplier coordination, and sales reporting — to maximize business impact.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Manage sales and purchase operations for the US market.

·       Oversee CRM management to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer and supplier records.

·       Handle order processing, from purchase requisitions to invoicing, ensuring timely execution.

·       Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to track deliveries, resolve discrepancies, and maintain strong working relationships.

·       Generate and maintain sales and purchase reports, providing insights to support decision-making.

·       Assist with administrative and marketing support tasks when required, ensuring smooth cross-functional collaboration.

·       Work closely with internal teams to optimize workflows and improve efficiency in sales and purchase processes.

 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

·       Proven experience in sales operations, purchasing, or supply chain management in the US market.

·       Strong knowledge of CRM systems and ability to maintain accurate records.

·       Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective supplier and customer coordination.

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) or Google Workspace.

·       Analytical mindset with the ability to generate and interpret sales/purchase reports.

·       A self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.

·       Prior experience supporting both sales and purchasing functions.

·       Knowledge of order fulfillment processes and vendor relationship management.

·       Familiarity with reporting tools and data analysis for sales/purchase tracking.

  • Monday - Friday (40 hours/week)
