,AUTOMATION ENGINEER

We are looking for an Automation Engineer to develop and maintain automation solutions and self-service tools that streamline internal operations and enhance customer experiences. This includes transitioning legacy automation to web-based platforms and developing secure, scalable applications. Many of these solutions will integrate with CRM, which serves as a primary data source across the organization.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Automation Development & Deployment
· Design and implement web-based automation for internal and customer-facing tools, using scalable, reusable components.
· Integrate automation tools with core data systems, including CRM, to ensure continuity and usability.
· Migrate legacy automation into secure, maintainable web applications.
· Ensure solutions follow infrastructure and security best practices, and support deployment planning to align with system and application updates.
Collaboration & Process Optimization
· Partner with teams across the organization to gather requirements and deliver secure, user-friendly tools.
· Maintain high-quality documentation and create repeatable, testable workflows for reliable deployments.
· Stay current with best practices, tools, and AI-driven technologies to continuously improve automation and development processes.
Project Coordination & Lifecycle Support
· Coordinate development through Azure DevOps, managing task tracking, version control, and release cycles.
· Contribute to testing and deployment timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
· Provide support for ongoing tool enhancements and issue resolution based on feedback from users and team members.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
· 3+ years in automation engineering or full-stack software development.
· Experience building tools for both internal operations and external users.
· Familiarity with provisioning, deployment automation, and infrastructure workflows.
· Experience integrating with CRM platforms (e.g., Dynamics 365) is a plus.
· Proficient in PowerShell, C#, SQL, and a modern front-end framework (e.g., React or Angular).
· Strong understanding of secure coding practices and user access/security models.
· Skilled in Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
· Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
· Curious and driven to continuously learn and apply new technologies that improve solutions and processes.
· Analytical and methodical—skilled in identifying patterns, diagnosing issues, and ensuring logical, data-based decisions.
· Takes full ownership and accountability for automation processes, delivering consistent, secure, and high-quality results.
· Strategic thinker who plans ahead, evaluates multiple paths, and aligns development efforts with company goals.
· Invests in long-term improvement of systems and teammates, elevating outcomes through collaborative development.
