PRODUCT MANAGER

We are currently looking for a talented and innovative Product Manager to lead the development and launch of new products built on top of CRM platforms like Monday. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond. You will work closely with our development team, sales team, and clients to ensure that our products meet the needs of the market and drive business growth.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Product Strategy:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
    • Identify market opportunities and define product roadmaps.
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
  • Product Development:
    • Collaborate with development teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery.
    • Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly product experiences.
    • Oversee product development processes, including Agile development methodologies.
  • Product Launch:
    • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including product launches, marketing campaigns, and sales enablement.
    • Work with the sales team to educate them on product features and benefits.
  • Product Management:
    • Monitor product performance and gather user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
    • Analyze product metrics to measure success and inform future decisions.
    • Prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer needs and business goals.
  • Client Collaboration:
    • Work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and tailor product solutions.
    • Gather client feedback and incorporate it into product development.
    • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients regarding product usage and best practices.

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

 

·         Strong understanding of CRM platforms, particularly Monday

·         Experience in product management, including product strategy, roadmap development, and launch execution

·         Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and sales

·         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

·         Excellent communication and presentation skills

·         A passion for technology and innovation

 

 

POSITION SCHEDULE DETAILS

  • Full-time remote position

  • Monday - Friday (40 hours/week)
