CUSTOMER SUPPORT LEADER

We are currently looking for a Customer Support Leader responsible for providing exceptional customer service and strategic management to our clients and targeted outreach to client prospects to expand the Engage programs.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
· Assisting with growing our client base through targeted outreach to prospective clients on LinkedIn using our software tools.
· Conducting monthly client check ins for select clients
· Assist with client customer service requests
· Taking attendance at info sessions and assisting in enrolling prospects in cadences in HubSpot following info session
· Issuing invoices
· Updating Ambassador and Partner pages in HubSpot after each info session
· Inviting program participants to learning sessions
· Preparing slides for learning sessions
· Attending learning sessions
· Preparing proposals and sending through Adobe
· New client software set up
· Other duties as requested
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
· Professional presence and ability to interact with and present well to executives.
· Experience in Hubspot.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Fast learner with analytical and organizational skills.
· Excellent people skills.
