PRACTICE MANAGER

We are looking for a Practice Manager to provide personal and professional support to Entrepreneurs and Expert EOS Implementers. Managing a thriving consulting practice, various commercial ventures, and passion projects.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Build strong relationships with external senior leaders, industry experts, and clients

·         Provide tactical customer service to all clients and external stakeholders

·         Manage the sales funnel, regularly booking new consulting sessions that meet monthly sales goals

·         Maintain internal and external client information and records

·         Coordinate meetings

·         Invoicing

·         Assist with project presentations

·         Attend Zoom meetings & take detailed notes when necessary

·         Partner with key internal and external stakeholders

·         Coordinate various personal projects

·         Manage sensitive and complex calendars, resolve conflicting demands, coordinate meeting logistics for participants, and provide the necessary documentation.

·         Manage internal and external communication in a timely and efficient manner, email and phone

·         Balance shifting priorities and deadlines

·         Anticipate Jonathan’s needs

 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

·         Bachelor’s Degree or relevant combination of education and experience

·         30 hours a week, regular business hours 8-5 EST

·         Highly organized with strong attention to detail

·         High level of business acumen and ability to make sound judgment calls

·         Customer service oriented with an emphasis on a positive attitude and enthusiasm

·         Independent with the ability to work with little oversight

·         Action-oriented

·         Advanced writing and communication skills

·         Proficient in G Suite & Asana

 

 POSITION SCHEDULE DETAILS

  • Full-time remote position
  • Monday - Friday (40 hours/week)
