CEO VIRTUAL ASSISTANT

We are currently looking for a CEO Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the CEO and ensure the smooth operation of daily tasks. The ideal candidate will be proficient in managing various administrative duties, including email management, social media handling, and financial data entry.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Email Management:
· Efficiently manage the CEO's inbox in the mornings.
· Sort and prioritize emails, ensuring urgent matters are addressed promptly.
· Draft responses to routine inquiries or redirect emails to appropriate team members. Social Media Management:
· Manage the company's LinkedIn business page.
· Create engaging posts relevant to the business and schedule them for optimal times. Monitor engagement and respond to comments or messages promptly.
LinkedIn Outreach:
· Conduct outreach on LinkedIn to connect with professionals in the target audience.
· Initiate conversations to build relationships and explore potential collaboration opportunities.
· Schedule meetings with prospects and assist in coordinating logistics.
Financial Data Entry:
· Input invoices accurately into QuickBooks Online (QBO) and QuickBooks Desktop (QBD).
· Ensure invoices are categorized correctly and follow up on any discrepancies. 5. Ad Hoc Tasks: a) Handle miscellaneous administrative tasks as they arise.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
· Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role.
· Excellent time management and organizational skills.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficiency in using LinkedIn for business purposes.
· Familiarity with QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop for invoice entry.
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
· Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
· Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively.
