MARKETING SPECIALIST

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist. This role will play a key part in executing marketing campaigns, managing digital channels, and supporting overall brand strategy. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-driven, and has a strong understanding of digital marketing best practices.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns across various digital channels (email, social media, SEO, paid ads, etc.)

  • Create engaging content for blogs, emails, newsletters, and social media platforms

  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize future efforts

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, design, and product to ensure brand consistency

  • Manage and grow the company’s presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities

  • Assist in the management of marketing tools and software (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, Canva)

  • Support event planning, webinars, or other promotional activities



REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing role

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing techniques including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, or similar

  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with basic graphic design (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and automation tools

  • Knowledge of performance marketing and lead generation strategies
