We are looking for a publisher responsible for overseeing the entire process of publishing digital articles to our websites and apps, from planning and editing to distribution.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Report Management:

• Upload completed reports to WordPress and conduct an initial round of editing and proofreading.

• Collaborate with Compliance to review submitted reports and implement any necessary revisions.

• Video Coordination:

• Alert the video editing team when reports include video content.

• Review edited videos received via Slack, ensuring they are correct and free of obvious errors before publication.

• WordPress Publishing:

• Incorporate Compliance feedback into the WordPress posts using track changes from Word documents.

• Add the verified video link to the WordPress post and utilize appropriate tools to generate HTML and PDF versions.

• Report Publication:

• Open and utilize past templates in IPREO for reports.

• Paste in new HTML, update the subject line and send test emails for review before publishing.

• Manage the transfer of reports from WordPress to the Insight platform.

• Utilize connected API systems to check the correct options and send out communications via SendGrid.

• Include the Insight version of videos as applicable and send test emails for quality assurance before final publication.

• Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with the macro/crypto associate, compliance team, and video editing team to ensure seamless workflow and adherence to deadlines.

• Maintain clear communication throughout the publication process and provide updates to the research team as necessary.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Communications, Marketing, Research, etc.) preferred.

• Experience with WordPress, HTML, and video editing software.

• Basic WordPress Developer Knowledge.

• Excellent proofreading and editing skills, with strong attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

POSITION SCHEDULE DETAILS

• Full-time remote position.

• Monday - Friday (40 hours/week).
