Jr. AI platform Engineer (Agentic Systems & Secure Vibe Coding) 

We are currently looking for a highly motivated Computer Science graduate with strong analytical capabilities and excellent English communication skills to join our team as a Junior Technology Consultant. The ideal candidate will bring early professional experience in technology consulting or digital transformation, preferably from a globally recognized consulting firm. This role is designed for a high-potential professional eager to contribute to technology strategy, system implementation, and business transformation initiatives.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Technology & Consulting Support

• Support technology consulting initiatives related to digital transformation, system implementation, and process optimization.
• Assist in analyzing business and technical requirements to propose effective technology solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver consulting projects on time and within scope.
• Participate in client meetings, documenting requirements, action items, and project updates.
• Conduct research on emerging technologies, platforms, and industry best practices.

Business & Technical Analysis

• Translate business needs into technical insights and recommendations.
• Assist with data analysis, reporting, and solution evaluation.
• Support solution design discussions and contribute to technical documentation.
• Help identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements.

Project & Stakeholder Support

• Work closely with senior consultants and project leaders.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and executive summaries.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure alignment with consulting methodologies.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Approximately 1–2 years of professional experience, preferably in technology consulting or digital transformation environments.
• Experience or exposure to consulting firms such as:
• Accenture
• Deloitte Consulting
• IBM Consulting
• Boston Consulting Group (BCG)
• McKinsey & Company
• Capgemini
• Cognizant
• EY, PwC, or KPMG
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Understanding of software development lifecycle, IT systems, or cloud/digital solutions.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, client-focused environments.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

 Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to digital transformation, cloud solutions, AI, data analytics, or enterprise systems.
• Experience working with international clients.
