We are currently looking for an Inside Sales Representative who will drive end-to-end sales for plastic raw materials across the Americas. This role focused on inside sales, strong CRM discipline, and occasional travel (client visits, trade shows, yard visits, supplier audits, and networking events).

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

·        Drive day-to-day inside sales of plastic raw materials (PVC, PE, PP, PET, engineering plastics, scrap & regrind).

·       Prospect, cold-call, and follow up with buyers, suppliers, converters, and distributors across North & South America.

·       Build, manage, and close a strong pipeline using Zoho CRM.

·       Pitch Abir’s product portfolio, freight advantages, inventory positions, and pricing.

·       Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and close deals.

·       Maintain consistent communication with clients.

·       Track resin prices, freight trends, supplier offers, and competitor activity.

·       Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and accounts.

·       Travel occasionally for client visits and industry events.

 

 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

·       2–5+ years in plastics trading, recycling, polymers, or industrial B2B sales.

·       Strong understanding of resin types and grades.

·       Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

·       High CRM discipline (Zoho preferred).

·       Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

·       Willingness to travel occasionally.
