TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST

We are currently looking for a driven Remote Recruiting Specialist to execute end-to-end recruitment for our discerning clientele. This role demands a professional who embodies service excellence while managing complex searches for positions ranging from Executive Assistants to Personal Assistants, Chiefs of Staff, and Estate Management professionals.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Candidate Sourcing (25%) Identify and engage high-caliber Executive and Personal Assistants through confidential channels; develop and maintain a pipeline of 40–50 pre-qualified professionals while protecting candidate and client privacy.

·       Screening & Vetting (40%) Conducted structured interviews to assess technical and soft skills such as discretion, loyalty, and professionalism; verified employment history and references to ensure candidate integrity.

·       Placement Coordination (20%): Manage all aspects of the placement process, including interview scheduling, offer negotiation, and background checks, ensuring complete confidentiality throughout.

·       Secure Data Management (15%) Maintain encrypted records, follow strict data protection and retention policies, and participate in ongoing security training.

·       Performance & Collaboration: Meet recruitment goals, ensure excellent client and candidate experiences, maintain regular communication with the team, and contribute to process improvement and market intelligence initiatives.

·       Confidentiality & Compliance Uphold the highest standards of discretion, operate securely across all communication channels, and ensure privacy for both clients and candidates at all times.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

 

·       2–4 years of full-cycle executive or specialized recruitment experience, ideally within luxury hospitality, private service, executive search environments and U.S. candidates.

·       Strong client-service mindset with the emotional intelligence to build trust and deliver personalized, high-touch experiences.

·       Skilled in LinkedIn sourcing, confidential CRM systems, and encrypted communication platforms; capable of managing detailed candidate pipelines and recruitment dashboards.

·       Proven ability to manage multiple complex searches, prioritize effectively, and deliver consistent results independently.

·       Demonstrated ability to maintain long-term relationships with candidates through consistent, professional communication.

·       Experienced in behavioral interviewing, evaluating cultural fit, and identifying top-tier candidates with discretion and insight.

·       Absolute commitment to maintaining privacy, protecting sensitive data, and operating with the highest ethical standards.

·       Strong analytical and creative approach to identifying emerging talent pools, market trends, and innovative sourcing methods.

·       Excellent verbal and written English skills with the ability to craft compelling candidate presentations and maintain clarity across all communications.

·       Results-driven professional with a strong sense of ownership and ability to achieve consistent placement success and high retention rates.

·       Must hold a valid U.S. visa.
