ACCOUNTANT

We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and hands-on Accountant to support multiple restaurant concepts. This role is responsible for day-to-day accounting execution and operates as an integrated member of the company team under direct Company management.

The ideal candidate is highly accurate, organized, and comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment with a strong focus on financial precision.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Weekly Responsibilities

·       Perform invoice entry with accurate coding.

·       Process accounts payable transactions.

·       Complete bank and credit card reconciliations.

·       Prepare weekly itemized income and expense snapshot reports.

·       Monthly Responsibilities

·       Support month-end close procedures.

·       Draft Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets by concept.

·       Perform balance sheet reconciliations.

·       Maintain audit-ready financial documentation and records.

 

 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

·       3+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.

·       Strong understanding of U.S. accounting fundamentals.

·       Hands-on experience with QuickBooks (Desktop or Online).

·       Experience supporting multi-entity businesses.

·       Comfortable working in cloud-based systems.

·       Proficiency in Microsoft 365.

·       Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new accounting platforms.

·       Proactive communication and timely issue escalation.

·       High attention to detail with minimal rework required.

 

 

Nice to Have / Preferred Experience

·        Restaurant or hospitality accounting experience.

·        Experience with Restaurant365 software.

·        Experience in high-volume environments with weekly reporting cadence.

·        Exposure to forecasting support and trend analysis.

  • Full-time remote position
