MARKETING ASSISTANT

We are currently looking for a Marketing Assistant to support day-to-day marketing operations across multiple brands. This role will focus on executing established marketing strategies, coordinating social media content, assisting with CRM and email marketing activities, and supporting overall marketing operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing Execution & Coordination

Execute day-to-day marketing tasks across three brands following established strategies and guidelines.

Ensure all marketing activities align with brand voice, messaging, and positioning.

Coordinate with internal teams to maintain consistency across marketing materials and campaigns.
Social Media & Content Support

Publish and schedule social media content across assigned platforms.

Support content organization, including photos, short videos, captions, and basic creative assets.

Post routine content such as behind-the-scenes photos, installations, promotions, maintenance tips, and trade show highlights.

Monitor comments and messages and route inquiries to the appropriate team members.

Track basic engagement metrics and report performance using existing dashboards.
CRM & Email Marketing Support

Assist with HubSpot execution, including contact list updates, email scheduling, and campaign support.

Help maintain dashboards, reports, and basic workflows already in place.

Support branded email campaigns using pre-defined templates and marketing strategies.
Administrative & Marketing Operations

Update product listings, promotions, and manufacturer materials as needed.

Assist with trade show preparation, including materials coordination, timelines, and asset organization.

Maintain organized marketing files, calendars, and documentation.

Help manage website updates and maintain Google My Business listings.
Reporting & Tracking

Compile monthly marketing performance reports using existing tools and templates.

Track campaign activity, posting cadence, and task completion.

Identify gaps, delays, or inconsistencies and flag them for leadership review.
REQUIREMENTS

1–3 years of experience in a Marketing Assistant or Marketing Coordinator role.

Experience supporting multiple brands or business units is a plus.

Hands-on familiarity with social media platforms and basic content scheduling tools.

Working knowledge of HubSpot or similar CRM and email marketing platforms.

Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.

Ability to follow established strategies and execute marketing tasks consistently.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
